Please allow one billing cycle in order for credits to appear on your credit card statement.
We are happy to accept a returned coffee bag only if the same has not been opened in any way, and a proper refund will be issued after the bag has been shipped back to us. We however cannot accept an opened bag. Thanks for your understanding! You can ship your coffee to the following address:

ALWAYS! We roast your coffee maximum 1 week before we ship it, that’s how we make sure you’re getting the freshest coffee, and you will definitely taste the difference!
