SHIPPING INFORMATION

All of our products ship directly from Miami, FL. Our purpose is to make the shipping experience as simple and convenient as possible for our customers.

Where do we ship?

As a small coffee roaster, we ship all of our orders ourselves. We only ship to the United States at the moment, we hope to ship internationally very soon!

What are your shipping rates?

Orders over $30 ship for free, as well as any subscription!

For more specific information on the shipping rates, please follow the checkout process, as the rates vary according to the delivery address.

What are our shipping schedules & order deadlines?

We ship all of our orders 1 – 3 days after the order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your package has been shipped!

Does my shipment require a signature when you deliver?

Our packages do not require signature for delivery, and can be left at your door. Please make sure to include detailed information at the time of placing your order, so that we have everything we need to deliver your order on time.
