Once upon a time in the lush coffee wonderland of Costa Rica, we discovered our one true love – coffee, or as the we call it, “cafecito.” It’s practically a way of life there! We’re talking about a place where coffee is celebrated.

Our coffee journey started there, surrounded by the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed magic. Costa Rica’s coffee set an incredibly high standard for us. It’s like they add a bit of perfection to every brew, and honestly, we’re not surprised.

In Costa Rica, they’ve been perfecting coffee since the ’80s. It’s all 100% Arabica beans, like the coffee version of a VIP entrance.

However, life took a turn, and we relocated to the United States. Surprisingly, the store-bought coffee failed to meet our expectations. The quality left much to be desired, and when it came to flavor, it just didn’t hit the spot for us.

Our Costa Rican coffee experiences set the bar unbelievably high. Let's be real, we never encountered a bad cup of joe in that paradise.
