Please allow one billing cycle in order for credits to appear on your credit card statement.


We are happy to accept a returned coffee bag only if the same has not been opened in any way, and a proper refund will be issued after the bag has been shipped back to us. We however cannot accept an opened bag.

Is Your Coffee Always Fresh?
Great news – we roast your coffee with the utmost care and attention, ensuring it’s as fresh as can be before we send it your way. We’re confident you’ll notice the difference – there’s nothing quite like a freshly roasted cup of coffee. So go ahead and savor each sip, knowing that we’ve taken care of everything on our end. We can’t wait for you to enjoy your first cup of our delicious, freshly roasted coffee!

Shipping and Rates

Right now, we are only shipping within the USA. Don’t you worry, orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, and so do all subscriptions! If you’re curious about the shipping rates for your area, feel free to follow the checkout process as they may vary depending on your delivery address. All of our products ship directly from Miami, FL. Our purpose is to make the shipping experience as simple and convenient as possible for our customers.

Where Do We Ship?

As a small coffee roaster, we ship all of our orders ourselves. We only ship to the United States at the moment, we hope to ship internationally very soon!

Shipping Schedules and Order Deadlines

We ship all of our orders 1 – 3 days after the order has been placed.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your package has been shipped!

Do I Need to Sign For My Package When It Arrives?

Our packages do not require signature for delivery, and can be left at your door. Please make sure to include detailed information at the time of placing your order, so that we have everything we need to deliver your order on time.

How Do I Track My Order?

We send you a confirmation email once your purchase is completed. This email will include a tracking number, so you can access to detailed information on your specific order or subscription.

Above this, you will get an email notification on every step of the process.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We ship all of our orders 1 – 3 days after the order has been placed under Standard Ground Mail service.

The estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location, although it should arrive within 5-10 days/ 1 week after purchase.

Nevertheless, you will receive a confirmation e-mail when your package has been shipped with a tracking code, so you can access to detailed information on your specific order or subscription.

How Can I Find My Order History?

You should log in to your account in https://thecaffeinespot.com/my-account/ and then visit “Orders” Page on the menu.

Can I Gift Coffee to Someone?

Of course! We recommend our Monthly Subscriptions which you can find here! Either you choose to gift our monthly subscription or individual bags, you will just need to add the recipients address on the checkout process.

You can even add a personalized note to your gift.

In addition, we will soon be able to offer special bundle gifts for coffee lovers that you’ll love!

How Can I Subscribe to Your Monthly Plan?

To active your subscription you should go to the Subscription page on the Main Menu or click https://thecaffeinespot.com/subscription/

Then, you should choose whether you’d like to get the 12oz or the 5lb package.

Since our subscription plans are 100% customized, once you’ve done this, you will need to choose the coffee grind type, bag size and delivery frequency.

There is a minimum of 2 bags per month for the 12oz bags. There is no minimum quantity for 5lb bags.

We hope you enjoy your favorite specialty coffee, shipped right to your door! You can change, pause or cancel your plan at any time.

Can I Pause or Cancel My Subscription at Any Time?

Absolutely! You can manage your subscription at any time via logging into your customer portal through our website here.

Can I Change My Subscription at Any Time?

Yes, you can! You will need to:

  1. Log into your customer portal
  2. Pause/cancel the subscription plan you want to modify – we always recommend to just pause it, so it is easier to go back to that type of plan if you ever want to do it. You will just need to reactivate it 🙂
  3. Visit the Subscription plan page and follow the subscription process to get your new plan. Remember you can fully customize it: choose the grind type, and frequency of delivery.

What Is Specialty Coffee?

Specialty coffee translates to nothing more than to QUALITY.

That’s the word we would use to summarize its meaning, but according to the SCA, here’s a better explanation:

“Specialty coffee can consistently exist through the dedication of the people who have made it their life’s work to continually make quality their highest priority.

This is not the work of only one person in the lifecycle of a coffee bean; specialty can only occur when all of those involved in the coffee value chain work in harmony and maintain a keen focus on standards and excellence from start to finish.

This is no easy accomplishment, and yet because of these dedicated professionals, there are numerous specialty coffees available right now, across the globe, and likely right around the corner from you.”

Where Do You Get Your Coffee From?

As of right now, we work with specialty coffee importers. We are working hard on sourcing our coffee beans directly from the main origin: Costa Rica

How Fresh Is the Coffee?

SUPER FRESH! Our promise is to provide you with the freshest and most quality coffee EVERY TIME.

Thus, we roast your coffee a maximum of 1 week before we ship it, and we indeed stamp the roast date on each coffee bag! That’s how we make sure you’re getting the freshest coffee.

Do You Flavor Your Coffee?

No, the only ingredient in our coffee is coffee!

You will see that every coffee in our site is associated to some tasting notes: caramel, chocolate, grapefruit, hazelnut… These are called tasting notes and are the flavors identified within each coffee, but are not added flavors or ingredients.

What Are the Tasting Notes You List?

The tasting notes are flavors that have been identified within each coffee and that you can discover in single-origin coffee.

How Much Coffee Comes in Each Bag?

We offer 12oz and 5lb bag options. The 12oz bags are primarily aimed at home or individual consumption (12oz will serve about 30 cups of coffee) while the 5lb bag is offered for co-working spaces, coffee shops….
